MEET THE OWNER

Lorena Murphy, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Lorena Murphy, APRN, moved to Evans, Georgia in 2022 and in that short time has grown her patient base to over 800 clients. In addition to being licensed in Georgia, she is also licensed in Florida, South Carolina, and Texas.

Lorena’s clinic offers weight loss medications including compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, as well as health and diet counseling, PRP, and aesthetics such as Botox and filler.

Prior to opening her new office location, Lorena worked in traditional hospital, urgent care, and clinic medicine for over 15 years in fields ranging from primary care to orthopedics, pain management, dermatology, and emergency medicine.

As a mother of three and working long hours during the Covid pandemic, Lorena struggled with weight gain. She used the treatments she provides today to lose over 50 pounds. She wants to help others feel and look their best by combining her skills, education, and passion to provide more personalized, inclusive, and supportive care to our community.

MEET THE TEAM

Zoe Rabun, LPN

Zoe Rabun is an Augusta native and has been a nurse for the past 8 years. She has worked in Primary Care, ENT, and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

She fell in love with all things aesthetic after working in Plastics. Her goal is to help her patients achieve their goals and feel confident in their own skin.

When she’s not busy being a nurse, she’s a wife, mom to three, a spray tan artist, a Georgia bulldog fanatic, and her kids coach/cheerleader at one of their sporting events.

Zoe brings her positive energy and supportive spirit wherever she goes. We’re so lucky to have her as part of the Vitality family!

Jasmyn Traylor, RN

Jasmyn Traylor moved to the CSRA in 2015 and has worked in various settings from critical care, emergency medicine, dermatology, and plastic and reconstructive surgery. She decided to utilize her GI Bill to pursue a career in nursing after leaving the military. She received her associate degree in nursing in 2017 and went on to complete her BSN in 2019. Jasmyn was working on her master’s degree when the COVID pandemic began and found herself spending the next 2.5 years taking care of COVID patients across the country. The emotional and physical toll coupled with missing her husband and three boys resulted in Jasmyn leaving the bedside to better take care of herself and her family. After nearly 18 months of non-bedside nursing, Jasmyn knew her heart and passion for patient care needed to be restored. After a fate encounter, Jasmyn and Lorena met over coffee and she has been with Vitality Health since January 2024.
